Lonnie D. Bailey

Mr. Bailey is a partner, resident in the firm's Greenwood office. His litigation practice is concentrated in the areas of toxic torts, product liability, medical malpractice, insurance and appellate practice. Mr. Bailey is admitted to practice before the state courts in Mississippi, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bailey has been on the Mississippi Supreme Court and Mississippi Federal Courts Rosters of approved mediators since 2000. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar, the Leflore County Bar, the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit, the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Bailey earned a B.A. degree from The University of Mississippi in 1973 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law, with Special Distinction, in 1982.
